The Lord's Prayer Line by Line | A Slow Morning Prayer (Matthew 6:9-13)

Jesus gave us one prayer to repeat, and most of us rush through it.

Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6:9-10)

Today we pray it line by line (Matthew 6:9-13), pausing on each phrase: Our Father, daily bread, forgive us, deliver us, and then turning every line into a conversation in our own words, with hope in a Father who hears.

Scriptures: Matthew 6:9-13, Romans 8:15, Philippians 4:6, 1 Corinthians 10:13, Colossians 3:13 (KJV)
