Bedtime Prayer | Prayer Before Sleep to Rest in God's Peace

I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety. (Psalm 4:8)

If your mind is racing or you cannot sleep, pray with me before you rest. We walk through Psalm 4:8, Psalm 127:2, Psalm 121, Proverbs 3:24, 1 Peter 5:7, Philippians 4:6-7 and Isaiah 26:3, take quiet moments to breathe, and then pray together: casting our cares, peace for our minds, rest for our bodies, protection through the night, for those who cannot sleep, and a heart ready for tomorrow.
